一种新型相交孔加工方法的研究与实践

摘    要:在变速器上盖壳体的加工中,相交横孔一直是加工的难点。根据工件相交孔的特点,设计了带前导向的阶梯钻头和特殊结构的铰刀。钻头由锥柄麻花钻改进为阶梯钻,钻头前带有的导向钻,让开偏心量,相当于在实体上先钻导引孔定位,从而减少了由于刀具受力不均,引起的孔中心偏移,提高了孔位置度。改进后的铰刀大幅度提高了使用寿命,将本来难以加工相交孔的位置度和刀具寿命控制在合理的范围内,达到了预期的目的。

Abstract:The intersecting cross hole has been the difficulty of transmission processing, according to the characteristics of the intersection hole, guide was designed with the special structure of the ladder drills and reamers. Step drill were replaced by the Taper shank twist drill, step drill with the guide get out of the eccentricity which is equivalent in the physical positioning on the first drill guide hole, thereby reducing the uneven force of tool, causing offset of the hole center, sen,ice life of the step drill with the guide be prolonged, will have been controled of the position degree of intersected hole and tool life.
