钻杆加厚部位缺陷分析及检测设备研究

摘    要:钻杆加厚部位刺漏失效给钻井工程造成严重损失,主要原因是钻杆加厚部位结构设计不合理,或存在尖角、突起,使加厚过渡区形成涡流,导致钻杆刺穿。介绍了钻杆加厚部位缺陷检测仪的测量原理及结构,为防止缺陷钻杆下井提供技术支持。

Abstract:Washout failure on upset parts of the drill pipe caused serious damage to the drilling project,mainly due to upset of parts of the drill pipe design is unreasonable,or the existence of sharp corners,protrusions,so that the formation of vortex upset transition zone,resulting in drill pipe piercing.Defect detector drill upset parts of the measurement principle and structure are introduced to prevent defects in the provision of technical means to go down the drill pipe.
