蛋白酶-改性有机硅对羊毛织物复合整理的研究

摘    要:通过对羊毛织物进行酶减量—反应性有机硅大分子覆盖的复合整理,在毛织物强力受损很小的前提下,和以往的纯粹减量处理(NaCIO、H2O2、蛋白酶)相比,织物的抗毡缩、弹性、手感、光泽等指标得到了明显的改善,为羊毛织物高档化提供了新途径。

Abstract:Great improvement on properties such as anti-felting-shrinkage,elasticity,handle,and lustre for wool fabric was made by a complex finishing,(i.e.,)first proteinase deweighting then covering with reactive silicon.There is little damage to fabric and superior quality comparing with the conditional way just treating fabric with hypochlorite,peroxide and proteinase.The complex finishing provided a new way of enhancing grades of wool fabric.
