乡村干部政治行为的现代化问题探析

乡村干部政治行为的现代化是乡村政治文明的重要内容和直接表现,是建设社会主义新农村的政治保障。它有利于促进乡村经济的健康发展,引导村民有序的政治参与,催生乡村的民主文化。但现阶段,由于乡村民主制度不完善、政治意识薄弱、法规章程不健全等因素的制约,我国广大乡村干部的政治行为存在明显的滞后性特征。所以,加强乡村干部政治行为的现代化建设,促进乡村干部的政治行为民主化、科学化、规范化,是实现乡村政治文明和建设社会主义新农村的迫切需要。

Discussion on the Modernization of Political Behavior of Village Cadres

The modernization of village cadres’ political behavior is an important content and direct reflection of political civilization in the countryside as well as the guarantee to construct new socialist countryside,which is beneficial to the promotion of the rural economy,villagers’ participation in political activities and the evolvement of the local democratic culture.But at present,China indicates a prominent hysteretic characteristic for village cadres’ political behavior as a result of the imperfect rural democratic system and legal regulations and weak political consciousness.Hence it’ s pressing to enhance the construction of political behavior modernization and promote the democracy,scientification and standardization of village cadres’ political behavior so as to realize the political civilization and construct new socialist countryside.
