| 摘 要： | 目的观察中风通络汤治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将92例脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各46例。两组均给予抗血小板聚集、调整血压、营养脑神经等常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服中药汤剂治疗,疗程均为21d。观察并比较两组患者血液流变学参数、神经功能缺损改善情况。结果治疗组治疗前后血液流变学参数和神经功能缺损均有非常明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率及治疗后血液流变学变化与对照组比较(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论中风通络汤联合西医治疗脑梗死疗效显著优于单一西医治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhongfeng Tongluo decoction on cerebral infarction.Methods 92 cases of patients were divided into two groups,each group of 46 cases.All of cases were given drugs of anti - platelet, regulating blood pressure and nourishing cerebral nerves.The patients in treatment group were given decoction besides, and the therapeutic course lasted 21 days.Then we observed and contrasted the effect on parameters of hemorheology and damaged neurological functions.Results Before and after treatment,parameters of hemorheology and damaged neurological functions in treatment group were improved significantly(P<0.05),and the total effective rate and changes of hemorheology after treatment were improved significantly than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of combination of Zhongfeng Tongluo Decoction and western medicine is superior to that in the group by only western medicine |
