基于CAE的汽车驾驶室仪表外框注塑模具设计

摘    要:针对汽车驾驶室仪表外框塑件的结构特点及使用要求,利用Moldflow Plastic Insight(MPI)软件进行模拟分析,完成了浇注系统和排气系统的设计。对于不同结构形式的侧孔,分别设计了斜导杆内侧抽芯机构,矩形斜导柱内侧抽芯机构和圆形斜导柱外侧抽芯机构。最后设计了汽车驾驶室仪表外框的注塑成型模具。借助CAE技术,缩短了模具研制周期,有助于提高产品质量。

Abstract:In accordance with the structural characteristics and usage of automobile cab instrument panel, the pouring and exhausting system of the injection mould were designed based on moldflow plastic insight (MPI) simulation analysis. For side holes of different structure, several different core-pulling mechanisms, such as slanted guide pin inner core-pulling mechanism, rectangular angle-pin inner core-pulling mechanism and round angle-pin outer core-pulling mechanism, were designed. The injection mould for instrument panel of automobile cab was also designed. It is indic ated that applying computer aided engineering (CAE) technology can shorten the mould design cycle and improve the product quality.
