摘    要:目的 观察山茱萸果核提取物对小鼠常温耐疲劳实验和常压耐缺氧实验的影响.方法 通过化学方法 对山茱萸果核的化学成分进行提取.动物随机分组,用山茱萸果核提取物进行小鼠常温抗疲劳实验和常压耐缺氧实验.结果 抗疲劳实验显示山茱萸果核水提物高剂量组与对照组相比可明显延长小鼠游泳时间(P<0 05),与果肉组相比无统计学差异;耐缺...

Effects of Anti-fatigue and Hypoxia Tolerance of Cornus Nut Extract

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of cornus nut extract on mice in anti-fatigue test and atmospheric hypoxia experiment. Methods The chemical ingredients of cornus nut were obtained by chemical extract methods.Mice were randomly divided into five groups.Cornus nut extract was used in anti-fatigue test and hypoxia tolerance of mice. Results The anti-fatigue experiments showed that water extract of cornus nut at high-dose could prolong the swimming time(P<0.05),compared with the control group.There was no significant difference in swimming time between cornus nut group and cornus flesh group;hypoxia experiments showed that the mice in cornus nut extract group had no significant difference in survival time(P>0.05),compared with the control mice,but the flesh group had significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Cornus nut water extract at high-dose group has anti-fatigue effect at room temperature,but has no significant effect in hypoxic test.Cornus nut and flesh extract has different therapy effects,cornus nut has better economic value.
