环保型生态养猪双控系统设计

猪肉是中国消费者日常饮食中最重要的肉类食品,占国内肉类消费量比重超过60%,可见生猪养殖行业的大好前景。然而随着生猪养殖产业日益壮大,所带来的问题也日益凸显,其中最受社会关注的就是猪场粪水污染以及猪舍环境控制的问题。本文设计了一种高床养殖模式,解决了猪场环保和健康养殖问题。新型的猪舍建筑设计与自动控制装置的结合能够解决猪舍清洗过程中水资源浪费的问题,同时,猪舍环境监测控制系统能够实现对猪舍环境的监测与管控,保持猪舍内的环境适宜。监测到的环境数据经由无线传输模块传送至总控室,对猪舍环境进行智能化监控与记录,方便工作人员检查。

Design of Double Control System for Environment-friendly Ecological Pig Raising

Pork is the most important meat food in the daily diet of Chinese consumers, accounting for more than 60% of domestic meat consumption, which shows the bright future of pig breeding industry.However, with the growing of pig farming industry, the problems brought by it have become increasingly prominent.The most concerned problem is the pollution of pig manure and the environmental control of pig houses.In this paper, a high-bed farming model was designed to solve the problems of environmental protection and healthy farming in pig farms. The combination of new pigsty building design and automatic control device can solve the waste of water resources in the process of pigsty cleaning.At the same time, the pigsty environment monitoring and control system can realize the monitoring and control of the pigsty environment and keep the environment in the pigsty suitable.The monitored environmental data are transmitted to the master control room through wireless transmission module, which intelligently monitors and records the pigsty environment for staff inspection.
