| 摘 要： | 科技成果产业化是促进科技与经济结合的关键,也是我国经济和体制改革正在着力解决的十分重要的问题。本文从观念、科研体制、资金投入、成果转化过程等四个方面对我国高校科技成果产业化进行了剖析,对深化我国科技管理体制改革,推动高校科技成果进入市场,有效促进经济发展和社会进步进行了探讨。
