新疆二级及以上医院护士工作满意度调查分析

摘    要:目的调查新疆二级及以上综合医院护士的工作满意度并分析其影响因素。方法抽取新疆61所二级及以上综合医院2 845名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士工作满意度得分为(3.72±0.42)分;护士工作满意度的影响因素为民族、年龄、用工性质、医院级别。结论建议针对护士工作满意度的主要影响因素,实施适合新疆地域性、民族性的干预措施,以提高其工作满意度。

Investigation on job satisfaction of nurses in 2 - level and above general hospitals in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

Abstract:Objective To investigate the job satisfaction and analyze its influencing factors among nurses in 2 - level and above general hospitals in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods A total of 2 845 nurses who came from 61 2 - level and above hospitals were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results The score of nurses'job satisfaction was ( 3.72 ± 0.42 ). The influencing factors of nurses'job satisfaction were nationality, age, kinds of work contract and hospital grades. Conclusion According to the infuleneing factors of nurses'job satisfaction,it is necessary to take regional and national intervention measures for Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to improve nurses'job satisfaction.
