| 摘 要： | 论文以理论研究为主，运用具体的系统概念和方法对铁路旅客运输组织和货物运输组织两者的系统结构、功能进行了详细的分析和研究。在研究过程中，通过对铁路旅客和货物运输组织系统的特点和本质进行比较，从信息传递和控制等角度提出了两者的基本特性，最后，总结了两者的主要区别和联系。

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzed the structure and function of railway passenger and freight transportation organizing systems using the systematic idea and method. With comparison of specialty and essence of the two systems, we put forward their basic characteristics from the viewpoint of infomation transfer and control. Finally, the major difference and relation between them are summarized. |
