摘    要:以萃取 反萃取体系处理萘系染料中间体H酸废母液,通过静态单因素试验和正交试验确定最佳萃取 反萃取工艺条件。试验萃取效率达93%以上,反萃取效率接近100%,经反萃取处理的萃取剂可以循环使用,有机物浓缩倍数为10倍,该浓缩液经分析,可直接回用于生产中。

Abstract:A bench scale experiment was conducted to study the extraction/back extraction process for recovering H acid (1 amino 8 naphathol 3, 6 disulfonic acid). The experimental result showed very high efficiencies of extraction and back extraction and unchanged quality of the recycled extractant. A high removal of organic matter (over 93%) from the mother liquor was obtained and condensation multiple of more than 10 times reached; thus the condensed liquid could be returned to the production of H acid.
