立体定向低分割适形放射治疗胰腺癌38例临床观察与护理

目的探讨行立体定向低分割适形放射治疗胰腺癌(PC)患者的护理要点。方法对38例行立体定向低分割适形放射治疗的PC患者进行临床观察及护理干预研究。结果38例PC患者中28例(72.1%)完成整个疗程。6例(15.8%)治疗后治疗区皮肤红肿,予冷敷而愈。3例治疗后疼痛加剧,经心理疏导及止痛药治疗后好转。38例均获随访,半年生存率为63.15%(24/38);1年生存率为15.79%(6/38)。在治疗中进行护理干预比单纯放射治疗疗效明显,且提高远期生存率。结论立体定向低分割适形放射治疗为近年来治疗PC的新方法之一,治疗过程中精心的护理是取得良好疗效的重要因素。针对治疗中存在的危险因素采取有效的护理干预,可明显降低患者的死亡率。

Clinical observations and nursing on 38 patients with pancreas cancer treated by stereotactic low-fractionated conformal radiotherapy

Objective To discuss the highlight of nursing in stereotactic low-fractionated conformal radiotherapy for pancreas cancer patients(PC). Methods The clinical observation and nursing intervention were performed in 38 PC patients treated by stereotactic low-fractionated conformal radiotherapy.Results Whole course of treatment was completed in 38 PC patients. Among of them, 6 patients ocurred redness and swelling of skin on irradiated region, and curred by cold compress; pain exacerbation in 3 patients resulted from radiation, and then improved by psychotherapy and anodyne. In a follow-up phase of 6 months for all 38 patients, the survival rate at half year was 63.15%(24/38),and was 15.79%(6/38)at one year.The nrsing intervention in treatment course for PC patients obtained beter effect than that simple radiotherapy,and enhanced long-term survival rate.Conclusion The stereotactic low-fractionated conformal radiotherapy is a new methods for PC patients.Atentive nursing in treatment course is vital step for winning good curative effect. Adopting a valid nursing intervention directed against the risk factor of the therapy can low the mortality in PC patients notably.
