摘    要:本文叙述了柴油机增压后扭矩特性变差的原因,提出采用小流量、高压比的增压器和进气旁通系统,在柴油机常用工况的匹配方法来改善增压柴油机的扭矩特性。在柴油机高速时,放掉部份增压空气以抑制最高爆发压力和机械负荷热负荷。低速时再次打开旁通阀可防止压气机喘振。此外,本文还介绍了一种简单的电子控制系统及试验结果。

Abstract:In this paper, the reasons that the torque characteristics of turbochargeddiesel engines will deteriorate are discussed. The matching mathod in usual ope-rating condition of diesel engine. Turbocharger that used small ratio of flowand high boost ratio and intake by-pass system are suggested to improve torquecharacteristics of turbocharged diesel engines, by releasing a little boosted intakeair when diesel engine operation at high speed. it can restrain the maximuncombustion pressure, mechanical loading and thermal loading. When by-passvalve is opened again at low speed, it's ablo to avoide surge. ln addition, akind of simple electrnnic-controled system and the test results are recommended.
