摘    要:背景:国内外构建的椎间盘退变动物模型大部分是在手术直视下进行的,手术切开操作对动物的损伤较大。目的:透视引导下穿刺构建兔椎间盘退变模型,观察椎间盘退变过程中影像学及病理学的变化规律。方法:透视引导下穿刺新西兰大白兔L2/3、L3/4、L4/5椎间盘,不同时间点进行X射线及MRI扫描与病理学检测,测量椎间盘的T2WI信号强度。结果与结论:椎间盘穿刺后,随着时间的推移,椎间盘逐渐退变,椎间隙逐渐变窄,椎间盘T2WI信号逐渐减低,椎体边缘骨质增生,髓核、纤维环变性、坏死,最终纤维环完全撕裂。表明透视引导下穿刺后椎间盘逐渐发生退变,病理改变与人类椎间盘退变的病理改变相似,且建模方法具有操作简单,创伤小,成功率高等优点。
