Abstract: | This study aims to select biological pesticide that can effectively control Curvularia clavata on Curcuma Wen yujin Chen et C.Ling. The antimicrobial effects of eight kinds of biological pesticide on C. clavata were tested by mycelium growth rate method. 0.5% amino-oligosaccharin AS, 3% Zhongsheng mycin WP, Pseudomonas fluorescens WP and Bacillus subtilis WP had better antimicrobial effects on C. clavata. In addition, the toxicity of P. fluorescens WP was the strongest, with the EC50 of 0.93 mg/L, ollowed by Trichoderma harzianum WP, B. subtilis WP, 0.5% amino-oligosaccharin AS and 3% Zhongsheng mycin WP with the EC50 of 1.30, 3.27, 6.14, 8.42 mg/L, respectively. P. fluorescens WP, 0.5% amino-oligosaccharin AS, B. subtilis WP and 3% Zhongsheng mycin WP could effectively inhibit the growth of C. clavata and could be
used in filed trials. |
