摘    要:为满足快速、高精度和大范围的激 光测距需求,分析了现有单频和多频相位激光测距方法存在的 问题,提出了基于降频及高精度测时技术的 相位激光测距方法,并根据测距 要求以及按照测尺频率、测时精度和参考频率的顺序建立了测距系统参数选择模型,进而 按照测距参数需求搭建了实 验系统。实验表明,在300kHz单频测尺、260kHz参考频率和50ps测时精度条件下,实验系统具有500m测距范围、1.08mm 测距精度和0.03~0.04s测量速度,可为快速、高精度和大范围测距 奠定基础。

A laser ranging method with high precision and lar ge range in high speed based on phase measurement

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of high speed,high-precision and large-r ange laser ranging,the analyses of the problems are discussed on both single frequency and multi-frequency laser ranging methods ba sed on phase-shift measurement.Based on characteristics of the needs of ranging speed,precision and ranging range,the laser ranging method with phase-shift measurement is proposed based on the techniques of frequency reduction and high preci sion time measurement.Moreover,the method of parameters selection on ranging system is established based on the ranging need s in sequential order of the ranging frequency, time-measurement precision and reference signal frequency,and also the experim ental ranging system is set up to verify the ranging method under the conditions of many fileds with high speed,high-preci sion and large-range laser ranging.The experiment is performed and the experimental results show that the system has a ranging range of 500m,a ranging precision of 1.08mm and a ranging speed of 0.03-0.04s under the conditions of a 300kHz ranging signal of modulation,a 260kHz reference signal and a time-measurement precision of 50ps.The experiment verifies the effectiveness of the ranging method and system,which can lay the foundations for the high speed,high-precision and large-range ranging.
