摘    要:对邯钢2000m^3高炉强化冶炼的过程进行了分析,该高炉是从德国引进的二手设备,采用了并罐无钟炉顶、全冷却壁结构炉体、软水密闭循环冷却系统、湿式除尘煤气净化系统等先进技术。针对大风机投产、富氧减少、原燃料质量下降等因素,通过加强原燃料管理,进一步优化炉料结构,完善上下部调剂,制定更趋合理的高炉操作方针,高炉的强化冶炼取得了较好效果。

Abstract:The process of strengthening smelting of 2000 m~3 blast furnace in Han Steel is analyzed. That blast furnace is an imported secondhand one from German, which possesses doubling-bucket bell-less top, furnace body with full-cooled wall structure, closed circulation soft water cooling system, gas cleaning system with wet dust-removing. Good effect in strengthening smelting has got by strengthening raw material and furl management, further optimizing burden structure, improving adjust between upper and lower part of furnace and laying down more reasonable operation rules, against the unfavourable factors such as large blower being put into operation, rich oxygen reduced, quality of raw and fuel material getting worse.
