中医、西医及中西医结合治疗口腔复发性溃疡疗效对比

目的对比中医、西医及中西医结合治疗口腔复发性溃疡的疗效。方法选取就诊我院口腔科的150例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为中医组、西医组、中西医联合组各50例。中医组给予中药方剂治疗,西医组给予常规西药治疗,中西医联合组给予在常规西药治疗基础上联合中药方剂治疗。统计分析各组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果中医组与西医组相比,总有效率无差异(χ~2=0.199,P0.05)。总有效率中西医联合组(90%)显著高于中医组(70%)和西医组(74%),差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.486,P0.05;χ~2=4.465,P0.05)。中西医联合组未发生不良反应,低于中医组(6%)和西医组(4%)。结论与单纯中医或西医疗法相比,中西医联合治疗口腔复发性溃疡疗效显著,安全性高,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Comparison of Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Western Medicine and Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

Objective To compared the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine , Western medicine and integrated Chinese and Western medicine in treating recurrent oral ulcer .Methods 150 recurrent oral ulcer patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group, Western medicine group and integrated Chinese and Western medicine group , with 50 cases in each group.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Chinese traditional medicine .The Western medicine group was treated with routine Western medicine .The integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with routine Western medicine combined with Chinese traditional medicine .The curative effect and adverse reactions of the patients in each group were analyzed .Results The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group had no difference (X2 =0.199, P >0.05).The total effective rate of the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly higher than that of the Chinese medicine group (90%) and Western medicine group (74%), respectively, and there was statistical difference (X2 =6.486, P<0.05X2=4.465, P<0.05).Adverse reaction rate of the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was lower than that of the Chinese medicine group (6%) and the Western medicine group (4%).Conclusions Comparing with traditional Chinese medicine or Western medicine , the curative effect of the integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment recurrent oral ulcer is remarkable and safe .It is worthy of clinical promotion and application .
