中药联合308nm准分子光治疗银屑病疗效观察

目的观察中药克银合剂联合308nm准分子光治疗斑块状银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法用308nm准分子光对40例稳定期斑块状银屑病患者进行每周2次,最长6周的照射治疗。初始剂量为3倍的MED。所有患者在治疗期间均口服克银合剂30ml/次,3次/日,共6周。患者在治疗2、4、6周时根据皮损进行治疗前及治疗后的PASI评分进行临床疗效评价。结果共32例完成了本次试验,平均照射次数为9.15次(5~12次),7例患者(21.88%)PASI评分减少≥90%;16例患者(50.0%)PASI评分减少60%~89%;9例患者(28.12%)PASI评分减少≤59%。治疗6周的平均PASI评分为(1.56±0.42)分,较治疗前(4.28±1.33)分显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。未发现严重的不良反应。结论 308nm准分子光联合克银合剂治疗稳定期斑块状银屑病疗效较好,不良反应较少,中药联合治疗有利于进一步减少不良反应。

Observation on the Effect of the Chinese Medicine combined with 308nm Excimer Laser in the Treatment of Plaque Psoriasis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of the Keyin mixture combined with 308nm excimer laser in the treatment of plaque type psoriasis .Methods Forty patients with plaque type psoriasis vulgaris were enrolled in the study and treated with 308nm excimer laser.Patients were treated twice a week for up to 6 weeks.The initial dose was based on three-fold of a predetermined minimal erythema dose (MED).All patients took compound traditional Chinese medicine Keyin mixture 30ml three times a day for 6 weeks.Psoriasis area and severity index ( PASI) was used to evaluate the effect before and after treatment once two weeks .Results Thirty-two patients finished the treatment.The average number of treatment with 308nm excimer laser was 9.15 (5~12).After up to 12 treatments, the skin lesion of 7 cases (21.88%) completely cleared with a decrease of PASI score more than 90%, 16 patients (50.0%) cleared with a decrease of PASI score more than 60%and 9 patients (28.12%) less than 59%.The average PASI score after 6 weeks'treatment was (1.56 ±0.42), while before treatment, it was (4.28 ±1.33).There was significant difference (p<0.05).No severe side effects were observed .Conclusions The treatment of plaque psoriasis with 308 nm excimer laser combined with the Keyin mixture showed a good effect with fewer adverse reactions.
