摘    要:采用低温冷冻、超高速离心技术提取水产品中的孔雀石绿、结晶紫及其代谢产物,并通过分析几种国标方法的优缺点,对方法的若干步骤进行探讨,改进了水产品中孔雀石绿、结晶紫及其代谢产物的检测方法.方法的回收率为78.3%~100.9%,检出限为0.5μg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.3%~7.1%(n=6).该方法操作简便,...
