The impact on human resource development of kownledge economy

Knowledge economy will be the main economic formation in 21 st century. Comparing with agriculture economy and industry economy, Knowledge economy has many obvious differences in main factor of production, law of economy development, source of wealth, way of production materical combining with labor. More important, knowledga economy depends on talent resources, and it is talent-conglomeration economy, talent-innovation economy, and talent-corporation economy, So knowledga economy has important effects on the development of talent resources. This paper analyzes those effects from three points of view: the demand and the supply of talent resources, and talent market.
