中国西部水泥生产研究

随西部经济的增长,西部水泥工业也得到了快速发展。但西部水泥存在产品质量不高、浪费资源严重、产业结构不合理和环境污染严重等问题,阻碍了其健康、科学、协调发展。按我国水泥工业的产业政策和西部资源状况,作者分析了西部水泥工业的发展趋势,并探讨了增强人才战略、坚持总量控制、清理落后工艺、治理环境污染、加强政策配套、优化投资环境等多项举措。

Study on cement production of western China

Cement Industry of wester China developed rapidly with the western economy growth.But there are many problems of western cement industry such as low quality of cement product,wasting resource badly,improper industry structure and serious pollution to the environment.All of the above problems are in the way of heathly,scientific and harmonious development of western China cement industry.According to China cement industry policy and the west resource state,the author analysed the development trend and discussed some measures like strengthening the talent strategy,persevere in control of gross,cleaning up the out of date technology,dealing with environment pollution,strenghtening match policy and optimizing investment environment.
