无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝

目的　总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的近期临床效果。方法　自 1 999年 1 0月～2 0 0 3年 8月采用Lichtenstein和Mesh plug两种手术方法对 1 1 8例腹股沟疝患者行无张力疝修补术。结果　全部治愈 ,患者术后平均 1d下床活动 ,平均住院天数 6 .5d。并发尿潴留 3例 ,8例术后切口疼痛 ,其中 3例于手术当晚使用止痛剂 ,阴囊肿胀 4例 ,7d内吸收消退。无切口感染及其它明显并发症 ,复发 1例 ,复发率 0 .9%。结论　无张力疝修补术很少游离正常解剖 ,并确保了无张力修补 ,这是患者迅速恢复及低复发率的两个最重要因素。此术式尤其适合治疗老年性腹股沟疝及复发疝

Clinical experience in treatment of groin hernia with the mesh-plug hernia repair

Objective To summarize the recent therapeutic effect of Mesh plug tension free hernioplasty.Methods From Sept. 1999 to Aug. 2003, 118 tension free repairs were performed in our department. All patients were cured. The patients walked one day (mean) after the operation and left hospital after 6.5 days (mean). There were 3 cases of urinary retention, 8 cases of postoperative incisional pain (3 patients had taken analgesics), and 4 cases of scrotal swelling. No incisional infection occurred. The recurrent rate was 0.9% .Conclusion The two factors of no tissue tension and decreased dissection are the most important reasons for rapid rehabilitation and decreased recurrence with the mesh hernia plug technique. The mesh plug hernia repair is especially suitable to the elderly and recurrent groin hernia.
