| 摘 要： | 针对传统经验式技改施工现场管理中存在和易出现的问题,以及不科学的工作方法进行了分析,对安装工程施工的前期、中期和后期的施工管理提出了相应的行之有效的解决思路和措施.在安装过程施工管理中采取科学优化措施后,成功排除了安全隐患,减少了因施工管理不当引起的损失,达到了科学、高效的管理目的.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the existing and easily appearing problems at the traditional engineering installation and con-struction site, it analyzes the unscientific working methods, puts forward the effective solutions and measures.It shows the detail about all the installation engineering and construction management in whole period of optimiza-tion project.Taking these measures, it eliminates the potential safety hazards successfully and reduces the losses caused by the improper construction management, achieves the purpose of scientific and efficient management. |
