MobiTrak造影剂跟踪在导致下肢功能障碍性血管疾病中的应用

摘    要:目的观察利用床位移动追踪技术(movingbedinfusiontrack-ing,MobiTrak)和动态增强磁共振血管成像(DCEMRA)相结合的应用效果,探讨该技术在导致功能障碍的下肢动脉疾病中的应用价值。方法对11例(男7例,女4例)下肢功能障碍疑有下肢动脉疾病的患者,应用MobiTrak造影剂跟踪技术,行下肢动脉增强MRA扫描及最大信号强度投影(MIP)技术重建,从而获得下肢连续的动脉全程图像。结果11例患者均获得清晰图像,可直观、完整地显示下肢的动脉正常结构和疾病分布情况,经手术及治疗后,患者症状得到缓解。结论MRI-MobiTrak造影剂跟踪技术,可以全面地观察下肢多发性动脉疾病,了解病变的程度及范围。

Abstract:Aim To observe the application effect of moving bed infusion tracking(MobiTrak) technology combined with dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography(DCE MRA) and to explore the application value of this technology on artery of lower extremity diseases causing dysfunction.Methods 11 patients(7 males and 4 females) with lower limb disorder and suspected artery of lower extremity diseases were given artery of lower extremity enhanced MRA scan and technological rebuilding of maximum signal intensity projection(MIP) using MobiTrak technology,then continuous artery whole course pictures of lower extremity were achieved.Results All 11 cases got clear pictures,which could directly and wholely show normal structure of artery and conditions of disease distribution.The symptoms of patients were alleviated after operation and treatment.Conclusion The MRI MobiTrak technology can overall monitor multiple artery of lower extremity diseases and acknowledge the extent and range of lesions.
