工业赤磷除铁工艺研究

摘    要:采用双级逆流串联反应流程,对工业赤磷除铁工艺进行研究,讨论了影响除铁效果的主要因素,选最佳除工艺条件为:反应温度88-90℃,单级反应时间4.5-5.5h,助剂M与工业赤磷的比例1:120,在此条件下,铁的去除率达到98%以上,赤磷中含铁量降至0.008%以下。

Abstract:The removal technology for trace ferrite in industrial red phosphorus has been studied by adding the assistant a-gent M with the double - stage serial countercurrent reaction scheme, and the influence factors in the process have been discussed. The selected process parameters are as follows-.single- stage reaction time 4. 5"-5. 5 h,reaction temperature 88-90 "C,the assistant agent composition 1/120. Under the conditions, the removal ratio for ferrite is over 98%,the content of ferrite in the industrial red phosphorus is lower than 0. 008%.
