摘    要:纳米金红石型二氧化钛是一种重要的无机功能材料,其制备及其应用在当代愈来愈受重视 。本文采用化学沉淀法,将ZnCO3包覆在Ti(OH)4沉淀上,在500℃进预焙解,使ZnCO3转变为ZnO,Ti(OH)4转变为H2TiO3。

Abstract:Nanometer miller TiO2 is a new kind of inorganic functional material, which results in more and more concerns on preparation and applicaton of it. The method of chemical precipitation was employed in this paper, ZnCO_3 was coated on the surface of Ti(OH)_4, then heating them to make ZnCO_3 transfer to ZnO and Ti(OH)_4 transfer to H_2TiO_3 at 500, dissolving 97wt% coated ZnO powders. Finally, the rutile TiO_2 powders were prepared after having calcined the H_2TiO_3 powder (containing 3Wt%ZonO) at 800. The morphology, size, composition of rutile TiO_2 powders were studied by TIM.ICP and XRD. Simultaneously, the optical properties of products were measured by UV - 21005 spectrometer, the results proved that the ultra violet lights in the range Of 240 400nm were absorbed intensely and the refractive index for the visible lights in the range of 400 ~ 800nm reached above 92%.
