电动车辆动力电池组电压采集电路设计

摘    要:为保证电动车的正常和安全行驶,电池管理系统必须实时监测电动车电池的电压数据,为了避免电池电压的不均衡性带来的局部电池过充/过放引起的安全问题,要求检测系统必须对电池单体电压进行精确测量.设计了基于压控恒流源法的电池组电池单体电压采集电路,该电路以运算放大器为核心,将被检测的电压信号转换成电流形式,提高了电池单体检测模块的抗干扰性和工作稳定性,并且该检测电路在某电驱动车辆上得到了成功的应用,电压采集精度在0.5%以内.

Abstract:To ensure electric vehicle driving safely,battery management system must monitor real-time voltage data of bat- tery.Detection system must measure battery monomer voltage precisely to avoid battery voltage disproportion which may cause safety problem causing by battery overcharge or over-discharge. Monomer voltage collecting circuit of traction battery packs based on constant current source controlled by voltage is de- signed;and the operational amplifier is the core part of the cir- cuit.Detected voltage signal is converted to current signal in this circuit;so its anti-interference and working stability is in- creased.The collecting circuit is successfully applied on some elec- tric vehicle;and the collecting voltage accuracy achieves 0.5%.
