| 摘 要： | 蕲蛇酶(注:英语药名)系福建医学院蛇毒研究所从福建武夷山产“五步蛇”(尖吻蝮蛇)毒中分离出来的一种新型蛇毒,由福建省三明制药厂生产。本文主要介绍该酶对人体血液粘稠性凝固性的影响。笔者对50例高粘滞综合征患者用蕲蛇酶注射液静滴治疗,并进行治疗前后血液流变学观察。检测结果显示血液流变性有广泛而明显的改善,表现为血浆纤维蛋白原降低,体外血栓形成的重量减少,血小板粘附率下降,全血高、低切粘度及血浆粘度均降低。其疗效随药量增大而增强,未发现明显不良反应,故具有良好的防栓、溶栓作用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces influence of Acutase on human blood viscosity and coagulation. The author treated 50 cases of hyperviscous syndrome by intravenous administration of Acutase injection, observed blood rheologic changes before and after treatment. The results showed obvious hemorrheologic changes. fibrin decreased, the thrombosis weight reduced, platelet adherence rate lowered. The effect of this medicine continuously strengthens with the increase of dose. Obvious side effect was not found. This medicine possesses good effects of thrombolysis and prevents thrombosis. |
