| 摘 要： | 介绍了最小二乘法的基本原理和威布尔分布的数学模型,对服从威布尔分布的故障数据,利用最小二乘法对威布尔分布函数的α,β二参数进行估算,从而确定机电设备可靠性的相关指标;给出了计算机实现的具体算法和详细步骤,从理论到实践建立了可靠性评估模型.
