摘    要:为实现宝力格油田生产管理的全面自动化,提高油田管理水平,利用一级计量站RTU(远程控制终端)、现场仪表的下位机系统和二级中心控制室SCADA(数据采集技术)的上位机系统,通过远程无线传输,在7座计配站及其所辖单井应用了自动化数据采集和监控技术,对计量站内和站外油水井的生产过程和工艺参数(如温度、压力、流量、含水、单井井口温度、运行电流等)进行数据自动采集、传输和监控.实现了油气水三相计量控制,可对单井定时计量、定次计量和任意井数的计量,含水率实时在线测试.该技术的成功应用,有效地提高了油气水的数据录取精度,监控系统单个计量站自成体系,实现了计配站无人值守,提高了该油田的管理水平.

Abstract:This system has been set up for Baolige Oilfield to completely implement the automation of production running and to improve the level of oilfield management. The system is made of three parts. The first part is made up of field instruments. The second part includes RTUs, Remote Transmit Units, of each oil wells and each stations which are used to measure oil and distribute water. These RTUs are also called lower computers in this system. And the third part is the supervisory computer located in the Central Control Room(CCR) and is used as SCADA, Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition device. The Field instruments measure the processing technique parameters of 7 stations and all the wells connected to them. These parameters include temperatures, pressures, flows, water fractions in the oil and currents of oil well engines. The parameters are sent to RTUs via field wires and then to CCR via wireless telecommunication. The RTUs control the processes of the stations and oil wells and can receive commands from CCR.This system has implemented the control of measurement for the three phases (oil/gas/water) and the measurement of real-time water rates on lines. It can measure a single oil well for certain times or certain duration. It can also monitor running states of every oil well and start up or shut down them in the CCR.The successful application of supervisory and control technology in Baolige Oilfield has improve efficiently the precisions of data acquisition for oil/gas/water measurements. Each station is controlled by a RTU automatically to make it no necessary for workers to be on duty on the stations. And the feedback of oil well status to CCR makes it possible to shorten the time to analyze the oil well's faults and reduce the working intense of oil workers to check through these wells. All these above has hugely improved the management level of Baolige Oilfield.
