子宫颈癌宫颈组织中癌基因的检测

摘    要:为进一步研究某些癌基因与子宫颈癌发病及预后的关系,本研究应用C-Ha-ras-1及C-myc两种分子探针,通过分子杂交技术对66例子宫颈癌及27例正常子宫颈组织中的癌基因进行检测,并分析其间的关系。结果表明,C-Ha-ras-1和C-myc在子宫颈癌中的阳性率分别为64%(42/66)和68.18%(45/66),正常子宫颈组织中两种癌基因均为阴性。并发现在高分化癌中两种癌基因的阳性率明显低于低分化癌,二者差异显著。

Abstract:In order to study the relationships of the type of oncogenes to the etiology and prognosis of the disease, C Ha ras 1 and C myc oncogenes DNA probes were used to test 66 cases of cervical carcinoma and 27 cases of normal cervical tissues. The hybridization results revealed the positive rates of C Ha ras 1 and C myc in cervical carcinoma were 63 6%(42/66)and 68 2%(45/66) respectively. They were significantly higher than those of normal control. It's revealed that the positive rates of the higher differentiation level of the cancer cell was the lower than that of the lower differentiation cancer. The factors may help to make a cervical carcinoma prognosis.
