| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨神经症伴头痛患者的脑血管舒缩功能状态。方法 :对 12 6例神经症伴头痛的患者和 2 0例正常人分别做了经颅彩色多谱勒检查 ,并进行了对比分析。异常者随机分三组 ,甲组给予阿米替林治疗 ,乙组给予尼莫的平治疗 ,丙组给予阿米替林和尼莫的平朕合治疗。治疗四周后观察头痛情况 ,并复查经颅彩色多谱勒。结果 :研究组中有 98例存在多条颅内动脉血流动力学异常 ,与正常组比有显著性差异(P <0 0 5 )。异常者分组治疗后 ,丙组头痛缓解率显著高于甲、乙组。结论 :神经症伴头痛患者存在脑血管舒缩功能障碍 ,经颅彩色多谱勒为临床提供了诊断、治疗依据 ,联合应用尼莫的平治疗可显著提高头痛缓解率

| Abstract: | Objective:To study cerebral vasomotor functional status in neurotic patients with headache Method:126 neurotic patients with headache and 20 healthy persons were measured with Transcranial Doppler(TCD) The patients were divided into three groups,32 cases treated amitriptyline,33 nimodipine,33 with amitriptyline combined nimodipine Result:TCD showed abnormal blood velocity in 98 cases After treatment,clinical effects were best in the combined group Conclusion:The neurotic patients with headache have cerebral vasomotor dysfunction Combined treatment is safe and effective |
