锌酸钙的微波合成及性能研究

摘    要:采用微波合成法制备了锌镍电池负极材料--锌酸钙。通过X射线衍射、热重分析等表征了锌酸钙样品化学组成和晶体结构, 采用激光粒度仪分析了样品的粒径分布。XRD和热重分析证实了样品化学组成为Ca(OH)2·2Zn(OH)2·2H2O。粒度分析表明微波法制备的锌酸钙样品粒度分布均匀, 平均粒径为1.524 μm。电化学性能测试表明微波合成的锌酸钙具有较好的充放电性能、较高的比容量和循环寿命, 放电电压平台达1.688 V, 初始放电容量为246.48 mAh/g, 循环120次后放电容量是初始容量的81.7%。

Abstract:Calcium zincate, an anode material for nickel-zinc battery, was synthesized by microwave method. The chemical composition and crystal structure of the sample were characterized through XRD and thermogravimetric analysis, and the size distribution was investigated by laser particle size analyzer. The chemical composition was confirmed as Ca(OH)2·2Zn(OH)2·2H2O. The size analysis revealed that the calcium zincate had a uniform size distribution with average particle size of 1.524 μm. The electrochemical performance test showed that the calcium zincate possed a good charge and discharge performance, higher specific capacity and excellent cycle life. The average discharge voltage was 1.688 V, and the initial specific capacity was 246.48 mAh/g, and the discharge capacity was 81.7% of the initial capacity after 120 cycles.
