基于Profibus-DP的水产养殖多环境参数测控系统

摘    要:介绍了以一台IPC为单主站,以带现场总线接口的测控仪为智能从站的水产养殖多环境参数测控系统的设计方案,并成功地应用于鳗鱼工厂化养殖中.试验结果表明,该系统操作方便、人机界面友好、组成灵活、易于扩展,能实时控制鱼池中的溶氧量、温度、pH值,使多环境参数稳定在最佳值附近,增产节能效果显著,为提高我国工厂化养殖水平提供了一项新型实用的技术措施.

Abstract:The status quo and industrialization development trend of aquiculture in China were analyzed in this paper, and the design methods of the supervision and control system with multi-environmental factors of aquiculture,which uses a PC as a host computer and some instruments with fieldbus communication interface as slave station was introduced. The system was successfully applied in industrialized production of eel fry. The test results proved that the system was operated simply,had a good interface and could be flexibly configured or extended. It can realize real time control over quantity of environmental factors in pond such as dissolvent Oxygen, value of temperature and pH, and can make them stabilizing in its optimum. The system can improve productivity remarkably,save power energy and provide a new practicable technique for improving industrialized breeding in China.
