| 摘 要： | 目的：研究原发性肝癌中转移相关基因ＣＤ４４ｖ与抑癌基因ＤＣＣ表达间的关系以及观察它们在原发性肝癌侵袭转移中的作用。方法：应用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ检测３０例原发性肝癌中ＣＤ４４ｖｍＲＮＡ和ＤＣＣｍＲＮＡ的表达情况，结合其转移相关的临床病理指标分析它们间的关系以及在转移中的作用。结果：３０例受检标本中，ＣＤ４４ｖｍＲＮＡ中度以上表达２３例（７６６７％），ＤＣＣｍＲＮＡ表达缺失者１８例（６０％），且二者基本重合。其中，１３例病人（Ⅰ组，占４３３３％）同时出现ＣＤ４４ｖｍＲＮＡ中度以上表达而ＤＣＣｍＲＮＡ表达缺失，５例ＣＤ４４ｖｍＲＮＡ阴性及微弱表达的病例（Ⅱ组）ＤＣＣｍＲＮＡ为中度以上表达（１６６７％）。肿瘤包膜缺少、门静脉癌栓、瘤周卫星结节形成等与转移有关的病理指标Ⅰ组明显重于Ⅱ组。结论：在原发性肝癌的侵袭转移过程中，ＣＤ４４ｖｍＲＮＡ的高表达与ＤＣＣｍＲＮＡ的表达缺失关系密切，二者间可能有协同关系。ＤＣＣ表达缺失有利于癌细胞从主瘤上脱落而ＣＤ４４ｖ的表达则有利于游离的肿瘤细胞在局部形成转移灶。

| Abstract: | AIM:To study the relationship between the expressions of CD44v and DCC in primary liver cancer(PLC).METHODS:To detect the expressions of CD44v mRNA and DCC mRNA in PLC by RT-PCR. RESULTS:Moderate or over expression of CD44v mRNA and negative of DCC mRNA occured meanwhile in the same case in 13/30 patients with PLC. In 5 patients, negative and weak expression of CD44v mRNA and over expression of DCC mRNA occured meanwhile in the same case. CONCLUSION:There is a tight relationship between the overexpression of CD44v mRNA and negative expression of DCC mRNA in the course of metastasis of PLC. |
