复杂环境下钢筋混凝土基础爆破拆除实践

摘    要:针对复杂环境下钢筋混凝土基础爆破拆除的特点, 制定了多段毫秒微差爆破方案, 介绍了爆破拆除的设计和施工。根据每次爆破规模计算了爆破震动、爆破飞石和爆破冲击波安全距离, 对爆区环境中不具备足够安全距离的采取相应的安全防护措施。利用Blastmare爆破震动仪监测数据进行线性回归, 修正了爆破震动安全允许距离计算公式。

Abstract:Considering the features of demolition blasting of reinforced concrete foundation under complex environment, multistage millisecond short delay blasting scheme was prepared. The design and construction of blasting demolition was introduced in details. The safety distance for blasting vibration, blasting flyrock and blasting shock wave was calculated according to each blasting scale. And it is suggested that some appropriate safety precautions shall be taken for the blasting environment within the range of unsafe distance. By linear regression with blasting vibration data monitored with Blastmare, the formula for minimum safe distance of blasting vibration is modified.
