彩色多普勒超声检查在甲状腺恶性肿瘤的诊断价值

目的分析彩色多普勒超声检查在甲状腺恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。 方法研究共纳入38例患者观察对象，均是肇庆市第二人民医院2018年1月至2020年12月收治的经手术病理学检查确诊的甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者，38例患者均接受彩色多普勒超声检查。将手术病理学检查结果作为参照，观察彩色多普勒超声检查的结果。 结果38例患者经彩色多普勒超声检查后，有2例误诊甲状腺结节，6例漏诊，余下30例诊断为甲状腺恶性肿瘤，诊断准确率为78.95%(30/38)。38例患者主要超声表现为低回声结节，内部结构较甲状腺周围正常组织的密度高，血流量丰富，边界欠规整。 结论彩色多普勒超声检查用于甲状腺恶性肿瘤的诊断价值显著，可以为甲状腺恶性肿瘤提供良好的诊断依据，提高诊断准确率。

Analysis of the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of malignant thyroid tumors

ObjectiveTo analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in thyroid malignant tumors. MethodsA total of 38 observation subjects were included in this study, all of whom were patients with thyroid malignancies diagnosed by surgical pathological examinations admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Zhaoqing from January 2018 to December 2020.All 38 patients received color Doppler ultrasound.The results of color Doppler ultrasound were observed by referring to the results of surgical pathology. ResultsAfter color Doppler ultrasound examination of 38 patients, 2 case were misdiagnosed as thyroid nodules, 6 case were missed, and the remaining 30 cases were diagnosed as thyroid malignant tumors.The diagnostic accuracy was 78.95%(30/38).The main ultrasonic manifestations of 38 patients were hypoechoic nodules, with higher density of internal structure, abundant blood flow and irregular boundary than normal surrounding thyroid tissue. ConclusionColor Doppler ultrasound has significant diagnostic value for thyroid malignant tumor, which can provide good diagnostic basis for thyroid malignant tumor and improve diagnostic accuracy.
