碳/铜复合材料摩擦磨损性能的研究

摘    要:将用机械合金化法制备的碳/铜复合材料粉末进行放电等离子烧结。对烧结后的样品进行了摩擦磨损性能研究。结果表明,复合材料的摩擦系数均随含碳量的增加呈下降趋势;当碳含量为6%时,磨损率最低。

Abstract:The spark plasma sintering(SPS) was carried out by using C/Cu composite powder prepared by mechanical alloying method.The friction and wear properties of the sintered samples were analyzed.The results show that the friction coefficient of the composite decreases with carbon content increasing.The wear rate is lowest when carbon conten is 6%.
