北京地区IT业管理层胜任力特征结构与关键要素解析研究

摘    要:采用问卷调查和个别访谈方法,对北京市IT企业管理层胜任力及其要素进行研究,初步建立九个纬度模型:捕捉机遇与谈判能力、协作与自控能力、全局观与压力管理、发展他人、分析与思考能力、个人驱力、策划与监控能力、目标导向、工作态度.目前IT管理层与应具备的胜任力存在一定的差距.亟需提高.

Abstract:This paper researches competency and essential factor for management layer of Beijing Area IT enterprise through questionnaire survey and individual interview method, conducts model initially, including nine latitudes: capture opportunity and negotiation ability, cooperation and self-control ability, macro view and stress management, develop employee, analysis and the elaborative faculty, driving force of individual personality, plan and monitoring ability, goal guidance, work manner. At pre sent it is time to heighten the certain disparity competency for IT management layer.
