摘    要:针对韶关发电厂300MW机组运行供电煤耗率偏高的问题,以机组实际运行的DCS数据为依据进行全面的节能诊断,获得了机组运行参数、热力设备性能及热力系统运行方式等因素偏离设计值对机组经济指标的影响,并以此为依据对机组运行方式进行了调整,从而提高了机组的运行经济性,为进一步的节能改造提供了重要依据,对同类型机组的节能降耗工作具有一定的参考价值。

Investigation on Energy Balance of a 300MW Unit in Thermal Power Plant Unit
Abstract:The DCS running data was analyzed to perform a completed energy bala nce for a running 300MW thermal power unit with high coal consumption. The probl ems includes the variations of the main running parameters, the bug of the perfo rmance of the key facilities and the irrelevancy of the real running mode have b een confirmed and their economic influences have been determined quantificationa lly. According to the diagnosis results, the unit was adjusted and its performan ce has been improved.
