| 摘 要： | 目的综述关节置换术中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥对“血管系统的影响及预防措施，为其安全性评价和监管提供依据。方法对检索到的国内骨水泥文献筛选归纳并进行描述性分析。结果关节置换术中骨水泥易产生心血管系统并发症，导致血压下降、心律失常、血栓、肺栓塞等。结论文献分析结果表明，骨水泥的临床应用存在一定的安全性问题，建议临床医生谨慎使用。

| Abstract: | Objective Describe the cardiovascular disturbance and prevention of the Polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)bone cement in the joint-displacement operation to provide evidence for the safety evaluation and supervision.Method Analyze the domestic literatures by screening and classification.Result Bone cement in the joint-displacement operation easily lead the occurrence of cardiovascular complication as hypotension,arrhythmia,thrombus,lung-embolism and so on.Conclusion The literatures suggest that the risk exist in the clinical application and the surgeon use it cautiously. |
