摘    要:采用Sol-gel法,以钛酸丁酯和乙酸钡为主要原料。无水乙醇为溶剂,少量乙酰丙酮为螯合剂。在不同温度煅烧合成了BaTi2O5(BT2)粉体。采用XRD、DTA/TG、FT—IR和SEM对样品进行检测表征。700℃时粉体晶化。800~1200℃为稳定单相BT2.粉体基本为球形.粒径随温度的升高而增大。

Abstract:The BaTi2O5(BT2) powder was synthesized by a Sol-gel method using barium acetate and tetrabutyl titanare as starting materials, anhydrous ethanol as solvent and acetyl acetone as a chelating agent. The BT2 powders were obtained between 400 ℃ and 1 280 ℃ ,calcined at different temperatures. The samples were characterized by XRD, DTA/TG,FT-IR and SEM. The BT2 precursor began to crystallize at 700 ℃ and stabilized BT2 in a single phase during 800- 1 200℃. Pardcles were basically spherical and the particle size increased with temperature rising.
