论第三代领导集体对党建理论的继承与发展

在坚持继承毛泽东思想党建学说的基础上,第三代领导集体在党的思想和理论建设、政治建设、组织建设、作风建设和制度建设等方面都取得了较大突破和发展,与第一、二代领导集体相比,第三代领导集体党建思想在理论与实践上的发展主要体现在扩大阶级基础、重制度建设、作风建设、重选人用人等方面。

Brief Account of the Party Building Theory and Practice of the Third-generation Leader Group

The party building theory of the Third-generation leader group,which is summarized in this paper, has made a great breakthrough theoretically and practically in many fields like ideological education, organizational building etc. Compared with that of the First and the Second generation leader groups, the party building theory and practice of the Third-generation leader group has three features:laying stress on the cultivation of a fine work style, systematic building and selection of leading cadres at all levels.
