交联电缆用低密度聚乙烯树脂QLT17的性能及应用

摘    要:利用拉伸试验、红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热法、流变表征等方法,对QLT17等几种交联电缆用低密度聚乙烯树脂的性能进行了对比分析,研究了以QLT17为基础树脂分别制备的硅烷交联和过氧化物交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘料的性能及工业化应用。结果表明:QLT17是一种性能优异的交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘料的基础树脂。

Abstract:The properties of several kinds of low-density polyethylene(LDPE),including QLT17were characterized with tensile test,infrared spectrum analysis(IR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and rheological method.The properties of the silane or peroxide cross-linked cable insulants with taking QLT17as basic resin were studied,and the industrialized application of QLT17in the perparation of the cross-linked PE cable insu-lants were introducted in this paper.The results show that QLT17is excellent basic resin for cross-linked PE cable insulants.
