摘    要:采用传统固相反应制备出了高压电常数的Ba(Ti0.8 Zr0.2)O3-(Ba0.7Ca0.3)TiO3 (BZT-xBCT)无铅压电陶瓷材料,研究了BCT含量对于体系结构、压电与介电性能的影响规律.结果表明,x=0.45~0.60时,BZTxBCT系统处于准同型相界附近,BZT-xBCT陶瓷时主晶相为钙钛矿相结构,当x>0.50时,出现少量的第二相CaTiO3.当x=0.50时,陶瓷的性能达到最佳,其介电常数ε、压电常数d33、机电耦合系数kp、机械品质因数Qm、频率系数Np分别为2 900,385 pC/N,0.456,124和2 740 Hz·m.由此可认为位于准同型相界附近的BZT-xBCT是一类很有前途的无铅压电材料.

Abstract:Lead-free piezoelectric Ba(Ti0.8 Zr0.2 ) O3- (Ba0.7 Ca0.3 ) TiO3 (BZT-xBCT) ceramics with high piezoelectric coefficient were synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction method.The effect of the contents of BCT on the system microstructure,piezoelectric and dielectric property has been investigated.The results showed that the main phase of BZT-xBCT ceramics was perovskite phase when x was 0.45 to 0.60,and a small amount of second phase (CaTiO3) was detected when x>0.50.BZT-xBCT ceramics with x=0.50 had an optimized piezoelectric characterization,its dielectric constant,piezoelectric constant d33,electromechanical coupling factor kp,mechanical quality factor Qm and the frequency coefficient Np were 2 900,385 pC/N,0.456,124 and 2 740 Hz · m respectively.Theese results indicate that the BZT-xBCT with the compositions near the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) is a hopeful candidate material to replace the lead-based piezoelectric materials.
