基于VRML的牛头刨床机构运动的虚拟仿真

摘    要:在机构学的远程教学中,人们期望在网页上浏览到逼真的三维机构运动情况。针对传统的仿真方法在网络应用方面的不足,提出了用VRML来虚拟机构运动。由于用VRML建立复杂模型比较困难,所以采用AutoCAD建模,再通过3DS MAX转化为VRML文件。结合机构运动原理,用矢量方程解析法分析各构件之间的运动关系,再用VRML内置接口语言VRMLScript编写程序运动仿真,并在网页上显示。

Abstract:When learning mechanism through network,students want to see the three-dimensional mechanism in motion.To overcome the shortcomings of using traditional solid models for network-based simulation,VRML was applied to realize virtual mechanism motion.Creating VRML model is greatly simplified by using AutoCAD to build the model and then transforming it into VRML format by 3DS MAX.Furthermore,according to the theory of mechanism,relations of mechanism motion are analyzed with vector-equation analytical method.Finally,a program for motion simulation of shaper mechanism is made using VRML Script on Web site.
