| Abstract: | To support the development of clean technologies of energy utilization, the plants with little pollution discharge should be financially rewarded and compensated, while the seriously polluted plants should be punished. Based on the allocation model of atmosphere environmental capacity and the computing of social average marginal cost of reduced pollution, a computation method of the reduced pollution amount and the reasonable economic compensation was put forward for benefiting to improve the environment. |
