夜合花浸膏挥发性成分分析及在卷烟中的应用

摘    要:采用同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)和GC/MS法提取并分析了夜合花浸膏的挥发性成分。从夜合花浸膏中共鉴定出40种挥发性成分,应用峰面积归一化法确定了各成分的相对含量。主要成分包括2-甲基丁酸(45.32%)、橙花叔醇(22.70%)、棕榈酸(8.25%)、亚油酸(2.37%)、棕榈酸乙酯(1.58%)、亚油酸乙酯(1.32%)、γ-依兰油烯(1.26%)、十六碳烯酸(1.23%)等。卷烟加香试验结果表明,夜合花浸膏具有提高卷烟香气品质、减轻刺激性、增加回甜感的作用。

Abstract:The volatile components in the concrete of Magnolia coco were extracted by using SDE method and analyzed by GC/MS. Forty components were identified, the relative content of which were determined with area normalization method, included 2 methyl butyric acid (45.32%), nerolidol (22.70%), palmitic acid (8.25%), linnlic acid (2.37%). ethyl palmitate (1.58%), ethyl linoleate (1.32%). γ-muurolene (1.26%), 9-hexadecenoic acid (1.23%), etc. When the concrete was applied to cigarettes as a flavor, it played an important role in improving the quality of aroma, reducing the irritation and sweetening the smoke.
